Privacy Notice
Applies to: business inquiries sent through this website. Last updated 11 October 2026. This notice is a staging draft pending final owner and legal approval.
Who we are
The Trailblazer is a Ghana-based business initiative led by Benjamin Amartey Tagoe. To contact us regarding this notice, email thetrailblazergh@gmail.com.
Information we collect
When you submit the inquiry form, we receive the name, email address, organization (if supplied), focus area and message that you enter. Technical controls may process limited request-related data to reduce abuse. Submitted messages receive a reference ID for operational reconciliation.
Why we use it
We use the information to evaluate your inquiry, contact you about the opportunity, and maintain a record of relevant business correspondence. We do not sell information submitted through the inquiry form.
How submissions work
The inquiry form, when configured, saves a restricted-access inquiry record outside the website public directory and attempts to notify our designated inbox. An email server accepting a message does not guarantee inbox delivery. Our hosting and email providers may process information needed to deliver the inquiry. We avoid collecting payment details or sensitive personal records through this form.
Retention and security
Website inquiry records are restricted to the business owner and authorized administrators. We aim to review inquiry records regularly and retain them only while needed for inquiry handling, follow-up and applicable obligations. The precise deletion schedule for records and backups is under internal review and will be confirmed before public launch. We do not promise an automated deletion process that has not yet been activated.
Your choices and questions
You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information associated with your inquiry, subject to applicable legal requirements. The privacy contact is thetrailblazergh@gmail.com.
